Working in a genomics laboratory is an exciting place to be! At the forefront of genomic medicine and cutting edge research, scientists and technologists are transforming healthcare.
In this section we provide resources which will contribute to the education and training of genomics staff working towards professional registration and/or continuous professional development (CPD).

We know many of you will be interested to find out about what work experience we might be able to offer.
We have three levels:
- Check out this virtual work experience for anyone considering a career in Healthcare Science.

Join us on Feb 5th for a live online training session. See first-hand how to analyse and report Genomic data. Apply to be part of it here.
Once you have completed the first two levels, you can apply to join us for a day of work experience in our laboratory on March 12th.
Why is work experience important?
By completing all three levels, you will be able to sign up as bank staff for our laboratory partner Synnovis, and join their talent pool with early access to education.
