Lunch and Learn: Introducing our new OncoDEEP Cancer Panel

The NHS National Genomic Test Directory specifies which genomic tests are commissioned by the NHS in England, the technology by which they are available, and the patients who will be eligible to access a test.

The Test Directory continues to expand and has meant that we have introduced OncoDEEP, a new large cancer panel, within our Cancer Genetics Lab at the NHS South East Genomic Medicine Service.

Join us as we introduce the OncoDEEP large sequencing panel solution for solid tumour testing at the South East Genomic Medicine Service.

Hear from our leading experts including:

  • Nirupa Murugaesu – Consultant Medical Oncologist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital and Cancer Lead at the South East Genomic Medicine Service
  • Michael Green – Consultant Histopathologist, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital
  • Gareth Gerrard – Scientific Lead for Solid Tumours at South East Genomic Medicine Service
  • Amy Roe – Operations Lead, South East Genomic Medicine Service

They’ll be sharing their knowledge and answering questions. Highlights include:

  • Understanding the National Genomic Test Directory requirements for solid tumour testing
  • Histopathology Pathway and the Role of Tumour Content
  • Validation Insights and Data Capabilities of OncoDEEP testing– SNV, CNV, TMB, MSI, HRD
